At BLVK PULCHRITUDE, every piece is made to order — crafted with intention, quality, and exclusivity in mind. Because of the custom nature of our garments, all sales are final.

🚫 We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Incorrect size selection

• Buyer’s remorse

• Change of preference

✅ Exceptions — We've Got You:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

• Email: info@blvkpulchritude.com

If your request is approved, we’ll remake and reship your corrected item at no additional cost.
